As always, families have the option to come to us via private pay. If you’re unsure about your coverage, we’re happy to walk you through the options and help you find the best path forward for your child’s care.

Yes, we do offer private pay options for families who prefer to pay out of pocket or who may not be using insurance. Our current rate is $125 per therapy session. We also provide detailed receipts (superbills) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Yes! We understand that therapy is an important investment in your child’s growth, and we want to make it as manageable as possible for families. Flexible payment plans are available so you can spread out the cost of services in a way that works best for your budget. If you’re interested, just let us know—we’ll be happy to walk you through the options.

To help us verify your benefits, please bring a copy of your child’s insurance card (front and back) and your photo ID to the first appointment. If your insurance requires a doctor’s referral or prescription for occupational therapy, please bring that paperwork as well. Having this information on hand allows us to confirm coverage, explain your benefits, and make sure there are no surprises with billing.
